Affordable Vacations is an association, a membership club of individuals, who are using the power of the internet community to qualify for incredible discounts previously only available to large Corporations and promotional companies.

Hotels and resort properties rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends. In order to fully utilize their space, they contract with certain travel promotion companies to fill the rooms free with special vacation offers. This way they have an possibility to generate more revenue by you eating and drinking in their restaurants/bars, spending money in their shops and casinos. This is a smart way to introduce their property and make money they wouldn't have made otherwise. It is also a smart way for you to travel and save money. A true win/win! Hopefully, after having had a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends. This builds brand loyalty and it’s cheap advertising for them. These deals are NEVER made available to the public. If they were, the public would never opt to pay the regular rate. One of the usual conditions that the hotels place is that these room certificates cannot be sold. They can be given away as incentive or earned through a rewards program.  This is the main reason that you cannot get these deals through any internet travel site or agent. As the traveler, you will also have to pay the room tax in some cases, but this is a very small percentage of the room rate that you always pay. The analogy is you are paying the sales tax but getting the product for free.

So, how does this club work????

Well, First off what does the membership cost?

We have three types of membership; Coach, Business, and First Class.

     Coach cost $10.99 a year.
     Business cost $25.99 a year.
     First Class cost $45.99 a year.

What do I get for my money?? As soon as you join you get a vacation package. Packages are detailed in their appropriate membership area. The tabs on top of the navigation bar can take you to the exact offer details. Let's look at the Business package as an example and let's do the math to see what the deal really is. The Business Class membership offers a 5 day 4 night package. It starts off with the first day & night at a hotel room is the Port city that your cruise departs from. This is then leads to 3 nights and 4 days at sea aboard the cruise ship. The traveler is responsible for certain minor costs like room tax, etc.

The Costs are:

* estimated $20/day per person for 2 people for 4 days

That's a 5 Night/4 Day Hotel-Cruise Package for 2 people for less than $200.00. Where can you get that???? The Answer is Affordable Vacations. You can't buy this package, but you get it when you become a member. Also, on the anniversary of the of your renewal, you become eligible for another package.

Is that all I get, One vacation a year?? No, You get more.....
We have a great rewards program. As a member, you get your annual package, but if you want more than just one vacation and you dont want to pay for an extra membership, You can take advantage of our rewards program. The rewards program is based of refferals. For ever friend you refer that becomes a Coach Class member you get 10 points, 20 points for Business Class, and 30 points for First Class

            60 points earns you another Coach Class Package
            120 points earns you another Business Class Package
            180 points earns you another First Class Package

So, you're telling me I can become a Coach Member, refer a bunch of friends and get a First Class package for free??? Basically, yes, You do not have to buy additional memberships. Although we would state that by referring the friends, you have earned a reward - technically not a free lunch. But who wants to get technical??

Is there more?? Yes. As a member you can utilize as many FreeFlyer Coupons as you wish. These can even be assigned to your friends and relatives as gifts.

OK, so How do I join and get a vacation? Simply Register with Affordable Vacations. First you will be asked what membership package you would like. You can get details of each of our three packages by clicking on the navigational tabs on the top of this page.

Once you have selected a package, you will be directed to a page that will ask for all of your contact information. You will be asked for your email address, telephone number and you can choose a password for yourself. Please write your password down somewhere where you will not forget it. Finally, we need to either get your credit card information or some other payment type, such as PayPall. When you have finished registering, an email will be sent from Our Computer to you. This email will have a membership reservation confirmation number and a link back to the site.

When you are ready to book your vacation getaway, click the link and go to the web page. The page will ask you for the area you wish to visit as well as 3 sets of dates that you wish to travel. KEEP IN MIND YOU MUST RESERVE YOUR TRAVEL DATES AT LEAST 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE. Upon submitting, this information along with the membership reservation confirmation number, The appropriate entity in the city/area you selected will contact you via telephone. They will go over any and all details and finalize your deal.
