Rules to Follow to have a great vacation

There is no such thing as a free lunch. This service provides you fantastic savings, but you need to understand and obey the rules

1. Reserve in Advance

The first rule of Affordable Vacations is that you MUST get your reservations at least 30-60 days in advance. This is one of the most crucial issues with the Club. If you need to travel next week and need a hotel room, We can't help you. Try our travel links for immediate service, but be ready to pay top dollar. Affordable Vacations can afford you the best travel deals on the internet but you need to be able to plan and be organized. The more advance notice you give for the reservation, the greater the chance of acceptance.

2. You cannot use this membership during High Travel Traffic period.

Try to plan your vacation during the off seasons. You stand a much better chance getting your reservation requests approved. Think about it, The Hotels are using this to promote their facilities. If you want to try to get a reservation for December 23 Thru January 2nd, your reservation request will be competing with peaple who are paying top dollar. What do you think the hotel will do? Take a customer that is paying market rate or one that is not paying anything but the tax, which the Hotel doesn't get to keep?

3. You cannot resell, transfer or assign this offer.

4. Maximum Vacation certificate count is 6 per membership per year.

5. You cannot combine packages.

You can never combine two packages together. For instance, if you stay get a First Class membership and stay a week in Miami, you cannot combine the week stay in Miami with a "Free Airfare to Maimi with payed One Week accomidation".

6. You are responsible for all additional expenses

Additional expenses such as airfare, auto rental, food, room tax, beverages, spa fees, etc., are your responsibility. This offer only pertains to the actual cost of the room. Certain Hotels will require a refundable deposit.

7. You cannot be guaranteed group packages

A group is defined as two or more peaple travelin together but with seperate accomidations. This does not pertain to a couple. Groups cannot be guaranteed that they will receive accomidations together at the same hotel.

9. There is limited Customer Service from Affordable Vacations

In order to keep costs down, Affordable Vacations provides limited customer support. Mainly, the support provided has to do with membership and website. If you require alot of support and need to speak to live customer support service agents, Please use a Travel Agent. Affordable Vacations is not a travel agency. We are not here to hold you hand. We are here to just save you money.
